Shipping fees

Our shipping charges are a flat rate of $5 per order for any parcel size, delivered anywhere in New Zealand (including RD), so you can save on shipping and snap up bargains no matter where you are in the country. 

Better yet, shipping is absolutely free for all orders to New Zealand addresses over $200.

 

Delivery times

In most circumstances we can provide a door to door courier service. Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive.

If you require an item urgently, please phone us on 0800 TROT ON (0800 8768 66) to order.

 

International shipping

If you would like an item shipped outside New Zealand, please get in touch with us and we can sort out arrangements.
